Factory Summary
Inside Our Optimally Designed Production Hub
AVL’s production unit, strategically located 17 km from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka, spans 3.67 acres. With employee well-being as a priority, our facility is designed for safety and productivity. Notably, 42.9% of the site is dedicated to green space, underscoring our commitment to sustainability and a healthy work environment.
Our facility proudly upholds the highest industry standards, including certifications from OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS. We are also audited and certified by SEDEX and have met the rigorous criteria of the Higg Index and ZDHC for sustainable practices.

Dyeing Unit
The dyeing unit spans approximately 8,500 sq. ft., with dedicated spaces for batch preparation and wet fabric storage.
Knit Garments Unit
Our knit garments unit spans approximately 78,500 sq. ft. across five floors, boasting a monthly production capacity of over 1.4 million knit garments.
Woven Garments Unit
Spanning approximately 22,300 sq. ft. across 12 floors in two buildings, our woven garments unit has a monthly production capacity exceeding 0.54 million garments.
Print Unit
The print units, spanning 6,000 sq. ft. within the production area, are meticulously arranged to enhance both printing accuracy and efficiency.

To ensure a safer working environment for our workers and employees, AVL has made significant efforts by introducing advanced fire safety measures, regular drill systems, robust building safety features, and intelligent ventilation mechanisms adhering to NFPA standards. As a result, we have successfully attained NOC for building safety and ACCORD Remediation.
