COMPANY OVERVIEW

We commenced our journey in 2002 as a concern of Faiyaz Group under the name, Apparels Village Ltd., in short, AVL. AVL is a vertical knit composite textile unit having an average daily production capacity of 40,000 pieces of knit garments with ladies, gents and kids’ items. As a composite knit textile, AVL boasts a dyeing unit with a production capacity of 14.5 tons per day and the knitting unit with a production capacity of 5 tons per day.


REGULAR CAPITAL REINVESTMENT

Regular capital reinvestment is an integral part of the company’s management policy and has resulted in a new state of the art Woven unit with a production capacity of 14,000 pieces woven garments per day.


EXPORT ORIENTED COMPANY

As an export oriented company, AVL mostly caters to customers based in the European and the American (north & south) countries. The prominent buyers of AVL are C&A, Oviesse, AS Color, Aldi, NKD, Ferrari, Teddy Smith, US Polo Assn and many more.

2002

  • Factory started with 3 garments lines, sewing, 6 Circular Knitting Machines and 2 Flat Knit Machines in knitting unit.
  • Total Power generation -338 KW
  • 5 Tonne High Temperature dyeing, 3.5 Tonne Heat Setting in Dyeing finishing unit.
2006
  • Dyeing - 450 kg high temperature dyeing machine acquired
  • Knitting - Total 8 Circular knit machines and 4 Flat Knit Machines acquired
  • Garments Production – Total 21 lines
  • Total Power Generation - 1MW
2010
  • Knitting: Total 19 circular knit machines and 6 Flat knit machines
  • Dyeing: 500 kg high temperature dyeing machine acquired, 50 kg high temperature dyeing machine acquired.
  • Installed Bruckner Stander Machine in Dyeing Finishing Line
  • Garments: Total 21 lines
2012
  • HR & Compliance Team was consisted formally.
2013
  • Fire hydrant system introduced.
  • New gas generator of 800kW acquired.
2014
  • New 6 storied woven -1 Garment Production unit started.
2015
  • BSCI Membership.
  • Sedex Membership.
2016
  • Woven Project Extension. (Woven-2).
2017
  • Newly installed central fire hydrant system as per NEPA
  • Newly installed central fire detection system as per NEPA
  • ACCORD - structural remediation work completed
  • New Six Storied woven -2 production unit started.
2018
  • Received NOC from ACCORD for building safety.
2019
  • Installed Lafer Open compactor machine in Dyeing Finishing line.
2020
  • Installed mezzanine racking system in central warehouse
  • Installed High Temperature dyeing machine of capacity 1000kg & 1500kg in dyeing production line.
  • Installed squeezer cum slitting machine in dyeing finishing line.
  • Installed new ETP with MBR technology of capacity 2700 m3/day.
